This is a very beautifull place. The small rooms don't matter bcs. you won't stay in it except of nights of course. There is an amazing garden and nature all around a hotel, so why you would stay in rooms. Lot of oportunities to do as bycicling, , walking, riding horses ect. The landlord makes a great breakfeast and will take care about you like you would be part of her family.
